Minimum hire - 5 days (unless we have a gap that is available for 3/4 days)

Insurance

Fully comprehensive Insurance and UK Breakdown cover are included in the price.

Dog Policy
Well-behaved small and medium-sized pets are allowed.
An additional fee of £50 per pet.

Booking

A £100 non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm the booking which will be deducted from the total hire charge provided the rental start date is more than 2 weeks away, otherwise, the full hire amount will be due.

 

A booking is only confirmed once the customer has received a booking confirmation.

 

All outstanding hire balances must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to collection. If a booking is not paid at this time it will be cancelled.

 

Payment of the booking deposit states that you have read and agree to all the Terms and Conditions as stated herein.

 

All payments for rentals must be paid by bank transfer.

 

All payments are made in GBP. ScotlandCamp cannot be held liable for any fluctuations in the exchange rate or for any charges applied by the payment provider.

Security Deposit:

A £1,000 fully refundable security deposit is required on the day of picking up the vehicle.

The security deposit must be paid by bank transfer.

Excess waiver cover for the motorhome can be purchased through a third-party provider for around £10 per day

If you are paying from abroad, please ensure that the security deposit is paid at least 3–5 working days before your pickup date to allow sufficient time for it to arrive.

Standard Category B Driving Licence.
Please make sure you are familiar with our Terms and Conditions and provide all required documentation in advance.
